When you arrive please have your order number ready, you will press the buzzer at the gate, advise Reception of the reason for your visit and your order number. You will then proceed to our Click & Collect bay's at the back of the Warehouse and the team will bring the items to your car. 

It is your responsibility to load the items into your car and BLK BOX do not accept responsibility for any potential damage caused by the items once in transit.
